URGENT DIURNAL SERVICE

Take advantage of this service that MRW offers without additional cost, and the packages will be delivered the same day that you send them.

MRW's Transport Network offers this service in Frequency and Double Frequency of the Diurnal Bridge , guaranteeing * that the packages will arrive in a rapid and effective form inside a geographical important area (without increase in the tariff).

The timetable for receiving these shipments is limited to the distance for delivery in each territorial platform by the agency. Should consult with each office.

URGENT NIGHT SERVICE

Today for Tomorrow.

MRW guarantees the delivery of the packages in any part of Venezuela in the first hour of the following morning (*) (according to the schedules of the Services Guide), without additional charges for reexpedition.

The personal, the network of links (terrestrial and in air) and all its agencies, allow MRW to offer the most extensive schedules of withdrawal and the earliest hour in the delivery the following day*.

(*) If the package is delivered with delay, the Customer will be able to make another delivery free of charge.

 

 

 

URBAN SERVICE

For packages delivered inside the city.

When you need to send documentation or small packages in the same city request an Urban Service.

Delivery guaranteed* the same day, in the agencies with Diurnal Service for the packages received in the morning, and the following day, before 10:30 a.m., in the rest of the agencies.

*) If the package is delivered with delay, the Customer will be able to make another delivery free of charge.

 

 

REGIONAL SERVICE

For intrastate packages.

The Regional Service contemplates the delivery of packages where origin and destiny are in the

same state, with the application of a reduced tariff.

This service has been designed to save your money without resigning to the guarantee (*) and safety of MRW's services.

SATURDAY SERVICE

For deliveries on Saturdays.

On Saturdays you can use our services in between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in the authorized agencies (*).

- SATURDAY DELIVERY: The packages received on Friday will be delivered on Saturday, at sender's request, for an additional cost.

- RECEPTION: Place your package delivery on Saturday and it will be delivered on Monday in its destination (Without additional cost).

BRIDGE WITH RETURN SERVICE

Delivery Service with management process.

The Return Service and Bridge Return operate in the following way:

1) The Customer requests a service where the addressee receives his package and also a document to sign as a delivery proof, or the cancellation of the content of the shipment and the return to origin of this document.

2) The origin Customer will cancel, in the moment that he places the shipment, the number of coupons that are needed to transport, a coupon of additional package for the service, plus an envelope coupon to remit from the destination Agency to the origin Agency, the document reason of the management process.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY SERVICE

For shippings without your payment.

The shippings of the Cash on Delivery Service can be placed in anyone of our agencies, and will be canceled by the recipient without additional overcharge for this service.
